Indian Nurses in Germany
 
Requirements: 
        Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution. 
        Age Range: 20-35 years. 
        Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience. 
        Language Proficiency: 
o   German language certification (B1 level for visa application, B2 level for full recognition in Germany). 
o   Capacity to qualify for the German proficiency test and attain B2 level within 6-12 months. 
        Additional Requirements: 
o   Must be medically fit, with health checks to be conducted in Germany.  
o   Clean criminal record in both Germany and India. 
o   Completion of cross-cultural training programs tailored for travelers to Germany. 
o   Future participation in pre-recognition courses in India to prepare for recognition examinations in Germany. 
 
Security Deposit for Candidate Commitment: 
        A security deposit to be taken from candidate to ensure candidate’s commitment. The security deposit will be returned before departure.
 
Role: 
        Position: Nursing staff in elderly care homes. 
        Location: Various retirement homes throughout Germany, Focus will be in  Bavaria region, including Munich. 
Responsibilities: 
        Provide individual and  basic and treatment care to residents. 
        Document the care process, including medication administration and care protocols. 
        Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest quality of care. 
Probation: 3 months
Salary Package: 
During recognition period
        Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately €2,686.21. 
        Net Monthly Salary: Approximately €1,872.76.

After the Recognition Test Completion:
